If you are interested in the strange and unusual, then plan to attend a night of close encounters with UFOs, Bigfoot and other strange creatures reported from Pennsylvania. On October 27, 2012, the Greene County Historical Society is hosting an evening with Stan Gordon, who has been researching and investigating strange occurrences in the state for nearly 53 years. Gordon is the author of two books, “Really Mysterious Pennsylvania,” and “Silent Invasion: The Pennsylvania UFO-Bigfoot Casebook”. He is also the producer of the award winning video documentary, “Kecksburg The Untold Story.”
Gordon’s illustrated presentation, “Close Range Mysterious Encounters of the Weird Kind,” will cover a history of UFO & Bigfoot encounters in the state, and will focus on incidents where people were at a very close range with UFOs and various strange creatures. Gordon will also discuss the recent wave of strange activity that has been taking place in recent months in this area.
The event will begin at 7:00 pm, at the Greene County Historical Society, 918 Rolling Meadows Road, Waynesburg, PA 15370. Admission at the door is $8.00. For more information call 724-627-3204.
