Cigar Shaped Object above Power Line

The witness was traveling near the town of Effort, PA when she and the car ahead of her had to slow down as a result of a cigar shaped object reflecting a brilliant light. The white-yellow light was above a power line about ½ mile away and appeared to originate from a large oval or elongated egg shaped object, that looked as long as a tractor trailer truck. The soundless object seemed to be staying over the wooded area where the power line passed through.
The object which was only observed for seconds suddenly moved towards the east at a very high rate of speed and was lost from sight in about 2 seconds.
