In the sky in the distance towards Rodebaugh, they observed a series of bright red lights in the sky which they estimated were about 1500 feet in altitude. At first two red lights were observed about 100 feet apart. One light was smaller than the other. The lights seem to move together and rose up at one point. They soon noticed two more similar lights coming from the Jeannette area moving over Rodebaugh road.
